I <3 Point and Shoots

Anyone who knows me knows I have a love for nostalgia and older technology. I love to imagine living in the past and having a simpler life. One of those ways is taking photos on older cameras. I currently own the 2006 Nikon Coolpix and I love taking photos on it. I love the setting and aesthetic that comes from them. It makes memories feel more special and puts more character into it. It feels sad seeing more photos of me in my older years on smartphone cameras than an actual camera. 

Unfortunately, a lot of people I know are pretty much minimalists and tech snobs. They HATE the quality from the cameras, they love how accurate and pristine phone cameras are. I want memories to feel more special than always be boring. I really do think social media as well as ruined experiences of people connecting.
