I am not the parent!

I am not the parent. yes, I'm 10 years older than my brother but that doesn't mean I have to look after him like all the time. and I get its one of my older sibling duties but its getting out of hand. honestly I don't even get why my parents had to get another kid if they are such workaholics. If you cannot make them for your child, then maybe don't have them in the first place? just seems unfair to my brother.
