The words i love you

The words I love you thrown around so fast

Spoken to strangers in a moment that won’t last

In the rush of the day they lose their true feel Just empty phrases

too quick to reveal

Yet when I say them they’re not just for show

Not casual words but a piece of me I own

Each I love you is a slice of my heart A part of my spirit a sincere loving art

In a world where I love you can be said in vain

To people we hardly know it’s often just a refrain

But my words carry weight, they come from a place

Of deep, personal meaning a heartfelt embrace

So when I offer these words, know they are true

They’re a gift from my soul from me to you

Each I love you is more than just speech

It’s a part of my being within your reach

Let me know what you think!

Love Rosie.
