Surprise Tarot Card!

I was walking my dog (her name is Pepper) outside while listening to music. It was really cold and there was quite a bit of wind. Pepper stopped to sniff at a branch and I noticed something drift by her. It looked like a card so I went to pick it up. It was a tarot card! The Ace of Cups specifically! 

The Ace of Cups represents opening up to new relationships /giving and receiving love. And it just so happens that this happened the day before Valentine's. Hopefully, this is a good sign! Thanks for reading. :)
