ways to become active can be: editing your profile (adding new stuff that could be stamps,blinkies, userboxes, etc), going through recent blog posts and commenting (or make ur own posts), go through other peoples profiles (send fqs to whoever u want), go through forums and groups (post or comment), interact on bulletins... thts all i can thnk of
