Be4 talking about this. YES i know this is oldish news. NO i do NOT support MSI/Jimmy Urine. I do NOT support/defend Jimmy/MSI. NOR I do NOT befriend anyone who supports, defends, or listens to MSI/Jimmy Urine!!!
This is going to be a difficult topic since most of this claims and has evidence of Jimmy being a pedophile. And the allegations with songs that are calling him a pedophile. So if you're sensitive to any mentions of sexual assault or anything. This is a TW.
Over from what I've been hearing after being in the emo/grunge or punk community. I wanted to shed more light on this. If you don't already know, Jimmy Urine is the lead singer for MSI (mindless self indulgence). And the second popular person known in this band is Lyn-z. Or known as Gerard Way's wife.
But this isn't about her. This is about the horrific lead singer.
During August of 2021. Jimmy was accused of having a sexual relationship with a 15 year old girl in the span of 2 years. The girls identity will remain anonymous since nothing about her identity has been spoken of yet.

the court; from what I gathered, had been dropped in May. Yet, the band has made pedophilic remarks and racial/homophobic slurs.
The song that is maybe slightly popular but I never heard anyone talk about it besides 2 people from a different social media sight. If there is more that talked about this, I would be glad 2 know and read more about.
The song if you do not know about is called 'Panty-Shot'. If you can't already tell its about someones private areas.

As you can tell. The song 'Panty-Shot' is about a five year old girl. a FIVE year old girl. This is a grown man singing btw about a child.

this is honestly disgusting. This is a bridge in the song. I honestly do not know what 2 say about this. Talking about how he wants to 'fuck' children makes me sick.

The other parts of most MSI songs has an EXCESSIVE use for the n-word.
honestly I do NOT want to have MSI all over my search history because the band makes me absolutely sick. But this is to PROVE to some people who listen to this band with or with out knowing what kind of person they are supporting.

i was vry scared 2 upload this. Since Ik sum people get protective of their fandom or bands they listen to and doxx people if they say something the fandom does not like.
I mean this post in no harm It was just to spread light on this band. So pls. Like don't harass or threaten me bc of this post.

About the use of slurs! you forgot he also says r3t4rd. He's severely dyslexic and he's bisexual, making the "" homophobic slurs"" just, something he says! think of it as a joke between edgy teenagers. They're all probably queer and think insulting eachother is funny... About the N word used in many songs (not that many, mostly the older ones by the way.) it was a different time, not an excuse, an explanation! it was used exactly how faggot is used now, as a "" silly joke ""
About Panty Shot !!!!!! Wow this one's a LOT to take in. He wrote this one during the edgy years of the band, it is a song from the perspective of a s abuser that excuses himself by saying " he had never touched her ". the song lyrics are, very gross from what you can tell because it's supposed to be gross. it's supposed to be shown as something gross and horrible, proving that anyone who says this shit is a weirdo. Most fans don't really like the song that much anyways iirc, but you didn't even listen to it, you just read lyrics off a website and went full twitter mode and made a very misleading blog post
About the case : I've read the lawsuit over and over. Plaintiff's proof are mostly jokes from Jimmy & others, there's no supposed proof from the Plaintiff and she kept changing her story over and over (this was one of the reasons why the case got dropped).
The only real proof was a shirt - it's a picture of a girl's face (who looks much older than 15-16) - in a circle in that circle that's around the picture it says (IF I RECALL CORRECTLY, I AM WRITING THIS FROM MEMORY) " It takes a nation of crackers to eat my ass! ". Plaintiff never showed her face, never did anything.
You wanna know what the other notable proof is?....
IT'S TEXT THAT SAYS THEY'RE LOOKING FOR A BASSIST, THAT'S THEM INSULTING THEMSELVES SAYING " If you don't mind playing for a band of PDFfiles " and A FUCKING JOKE COSTUME PARTY????

Thank you for this. I low-key started getting into MSI and I was so upset to hear that they were "problematic". Just to be safe, I don't say I support MSI though. I love the music and I make edits of the band members and look at silly memes of them, but if they really ARE gross and weird I'll immediately stop posting about the band members (not the music though). Thanks for commenting this because this shows that they're probably not problematic

The only reason they're problematic is for their past usage of slurs (specifically the n word because Jimmy is bisexual and probably has a learning disability) so don't worry about it. If you ever get harrassed just know a lot of us have gotten harrassed too over just liking the band, stay strong & keep listening to msi ^_^

Holy crap I didn't know about this. Im glad I cam across this bulletin, as I just started listening to them a few days ago. I'll put them off my playlist and avoid their songs, thank you for making this post!
