bands t-shirtzz

Okay some ppl may not agree but idc. I'm not the type of person to ask someone to "name 3 songs.." but like if you don't know/listen to the band then whats the point of buying the t-shirt? idk I feel like a fan would've killed for the shirt. and also if you're wearing a band t-shirt, I'm expecting you like the band and we can talk about your fave songs and stuff!! so when at school I see someone with a nirvana shirt and I go up to them like "cool shirt bro! I love nirvana! whats your fave song?" and they reply with a "what? who?", I'm immediately taken aback. I mean I get that the shirt is pretty and for example some of the Ramones shirts are cool but.. I don't wear them because I don't listen to Ramones really and I don't want to be mistaken for a fan. (also the same thing with going to concerts- why go if you don't listen to them?? literally a fan would sell their kidney for the tickets)
