i dont like my home...

so i was wondering how do i make my dad stop hitting me so much? hes always angry at me and constantly argues with me. he always calls me mean and belittling names in front of my family. no one takes me seriously because my dad convinced them that i'm stupid, incompetent, that i don't know what im doing, and stuff like that. it sucks because im the oldest and i have to take care of my younger siblings sometimes and they just dont listen to me at all. and when my dad gets home he gets super angry at me because everything and everyone is a mess. thats why he beats and insults me.
