upload images to a hosting site like https://postimages.org/ , take the direct link, click the image icon at the top of the create blog text editor, paste the direct link where it asks for a url
https://www.w3schools.com/ has loads of html/css tutorials and interactive stuff that make it a great start but the best way to learn is to try make something and google anything you're struggling with
