The past few weeks have not been so nice. I had to take some money out of an account and the people there were being nice at first but then I messed up an answer (I was stressed and anxious about my sick relative) Then I called them back a minute later and the guy was super rude and condescending when I asked him why they needed to send in some papers to make sure it was me. And even after I sent the papers back to them signed and everything, about a week later they said I needed to have them signed in front of someone from a bank because the signatures from my past transactions didn't match?? I don't know why the hell they have to pull this shit when my family and I are already stressed out about hospital shit but it's a shitty move on them! I don't have too many problems with them like this, only with them dragging their feet about sending us the check to put into the bank, but this is ridiculous. I did sign the papers in front of someone at the bank and got them faxed to the people on the same day a few days ago so hopefully, they will pick up their feet and get their asses moving. It has me so stressed that I've been regressing even more at night and crying too. It's just been a hard few weeks overall... that's all I got to tell you about besides coloring a picture while using my paci.
