Ninjago oc lore cuz im bored (1/3)

idk what to put this in so ill put it in the writing category.. also pls note , writing isn't exactly my string suit so .....

i have 3 ocs for ninjago so far so this is only gonna be 1 of them.

OKAY so my oc is a formling and lives in the never realm and so if some of the timelines dont match up its bc time is different in the never realm, and goes faster than the time in ninjago.

as a young child, a few years younger than Akita, Kuzuri (my oc) had a habit of running off. Due to this, he managed to find his animal form at quite a young age. (his form being a wolverine) one day, when he was like.. 7 or smth, he ran off into the woods and got lost. during this time, a coldness covered the forest, covering the place in snow. luckily he took cover in time, and was okay, just a bit cold. when he got out of hiding, he noticed all the animals around him where frozen solid.. Panicking, he rushed to find a way out of the woods, although he didnt find a way out until a few hours later. he rushed to the village as fast as he could, but it was too late. everyone was frozen (not akita, kataru and a few other survivors, but he wasnt aware of that.)

anyways i haven't rly thought abt what he did between this and when the ice emperor / zane was defeated sooo he jst doing his own thing ig lmao 

a few more years pass and hes like in his mid/late 20s now, and ever since the thing happened at age 7, he vowed to never leave his village just in case another attack happens, and to protect them. This what when frtiz was about 5 years old, and he has the same habit as kuzuri when he was younger.. running off. one day fritz ran off and got lost in the woods. thinking irrationally, kuzuri ran to try find him, but never did, and blamed himself for him being lost.

kuzuri realized that hes been away from the village for too long after hearing screams from the distance, and feelin strong winds pick up in the air. he looked to the sky and saw the merge happening. he ran as fast as he could to the village but it was too late, and the village was completely destroyed. he assumed it was the ice emperors doing again.

since then, hes been looking everywhere for zane, trying to avenge his people.

thats abt it mainly.. eventually hes gonna find out zane was the ice emperor and find out fritz lives with the finders, and due to fritz being lost at a young age, and not remembering his past, he chooses the finders over kuzuri bc he desnt "know" him , and kuzuri becomes an enemy to the ninja and the finders, accusing them off destroying his home, harming his people, and kidnaping fritz.

hes also an elemental master too! im working on a ref sheet for him so ill post it on insta + here
