I'm not too keen on the idea of a Heaven and Hell

It's already stressful enough to know that one day I'll just be gone and that there's going to be an everlasting darkness after that. I won't be conscious. I'll be gone forever. How long is forever? It's forever...Never ending...I HATE THAT.

So when it comes to the concept of afterlife in ANY RELIGION, it's very creepy. It's exactly the same as what I said above except...You're conscious the entire time. I hate that. Forever and ever. That is a long time. A very long time. Because it's never ending. And you're just awake. For all of it...When the sun explodes and everything. 

I'd rather take the unconscious, everlasting darkness, thanks.
