Does anyone know any good web hosting websites

I made a website using a website making software called RocketCake and i need a website to host it in I would perfer it to be free (i'm 16 with no job) but if I have to pay it needs to be cheap. I heard about neocities but i dont know how to code so if that is my only option for affordable web hosting then if anyone has any tips on how to make a neocities website that would be appreciated.
