discussing a dream i had a couple nights ago

so basically, in this dream, my house had turned into sort of like a beach house? and a venue was right next to it, for some reason. well, I remember my "uncle" (did not know who this man was but I know in the dream he was my uncle) taking me to shop shops and whatever, that was the only detail of that section I remember. well, I guess at some point I fell asleep in the dream because I remember "waking up" to hearing music, a festival was going on in the venue that was next to my house, being the music lover I am, I quickly ran to my dining room to look out the window. I also remember checking the list of people who were preforming since, since it was a dream of course the list was jumbled but I did make out at least 2 names. Eminem and Marilyn Manson. (Which is really fucking weird for 2 reasons. 1 I don't listen to Eminem, nor do I ever care to. 2 I wasn't that excited for Marilyn Manson and that's not like me in any way at all.) my "uncle" had surprised me with tickets to the festival. we basically just walked there since the venue was literally connected to our backyard. but out of all the bands and what not to pass... 1 band stood out. IX... there was this alternative/industrial band called "IX" and they were really fucking great, I mean I could literally hear their music and lyrics. that was the end of the dream. but there was an add on scene where i remember being at the beach and saving this toddler from drowning and the parents got pissed at me for saving the kid. like damn, okay. 

The morning after I woke up my mind was still stuck on this Dream band called IX, so at the time my thought was that maybe I had heard the band from somewhere and just somehow dreamt their music, but no, no I didn't. because IX, isn't a real band, it never has been. I was very fucking shocked to find out this band whose music I could literally hear that didn't sound like any other was just a figment of my imagination. 

I've somewhat came to the conclusion the band may have been inspired by Sevendust, and the name IX could have been inspired because of SLEEP TOKEN and how the members have roman numerals as names. but even then, it still doesn't feel like this is the only conclusion. this band still feels very real to me. and will forever haunt me. this band has become like lost media to me, and ill never get a chance to watch the found footage.
