the beauty of childish excitement

luck smiled down on me this past week, i have no idea what i did to deserve this absolute blessing but i am still so obscenely giddy about it (๑>◡<๑)

so, my parents suggested visiting a local thrift store, first time in weeks girlie stepped out of the house because social anxiety hit me hard, plus, summer is no joke, 30+° weather is not for me... we were driving down the road, looking for a parking spot, and in that moment, as we drove by, i saw her, this.. pink, white, black conglomerate of colours (bad vision gals stand up!!) I IMMEDIATLY FELT IN MY BONES THAT I HAD TO GO GRAB THIS THING, quite literally shaking and tapping my feet on the car's mat like a hyper 40yo, high on coffee, disney adult that just saw a hidden mickey made out of pebbles on the side of the road (it was actually unmedicated schizophrenia). needless to say i hopped out of the car and speed walked to the store's window! ofcourse, i was being very mindful, very demure, while freaking out internally!! (pls get the ref)

i reached said window, firmly GRASPED that beautiful pale figure by the head... and there she fucking was.. draculaura frightfully tall doll in (near) perfect conditions WAAAAAAAAA!!!!

i nearly DIED on the spot, i must have looked like a thief because the owner sprinted outside aswell... teehee, sowwy :3, point is. she was MINE, so much excitement flooded through me i felt like i was about to throw up, visibly shaking and probably looking a step from having a heart attack... but, it's not over yet... the owner, now aware that i wasnt about to run off!!, looked at me and said "oh, there's another one of those in the back if you're interested" pft, interested? me? i'm so.. nonchalan- WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GIVE IT TO MEEEE!!!!!!!!!!! it goes without saying that i snatched both up... god, they even had more mh stuff but nothing i really cared about, nor had the space for, i might think about going back.. eventually? possibly, not sure! but ughhh, i was so absolutely overjoyed.
