Some days ago something happened at my high school that made me think of this; what is tiktkok beauty and why some people are consuming themselves with that?
Sooo... some guys of my high school (17 year old boys) were talking and I overheard their conversation a little bit (oouupsiss) and they were talking about how a girl was ugly because she doesn't have "positive canthal tilt" and also because "she's only fat and doesn't look like Skirby" 💀
I want to talk about ME in this part and what I think about this, Skirby isn't cute and she also edits all of her photos... I guess we all can agree on the last part. She has an unrealistic body and also it looks hella weird come on 💀💀 her proportions don't look right and she also doesn't look like a good person by the way the.. expresses.. herself.
Anyways, the point is; I think I'm not the only one who thinks tiktok beauty actually does exist and its getting bad when talking about teenagers around my age or even older. They're creating beauty standards that are literally all the women having the same exact face with big lips, small nose and a super slim face, which means, if you have a round face, small lips and a greek nose you're automatically ugly and no one can say or do anything about it. Or what about that canthal thing?? tf did that came from?? the lookxmaxxing thing or whatever, I don't know how to write that!!! Where did they came from and why is people actually being like serious about it when it literally means nothing BECAUSE NO ONE CARES ABOUT HOW YOUR CANTHAL LOOKS!!! In real life literally no one will tell you anything about your canthal, but if they do... run
