Possible Sleep Paralysis, Help?

I've always had very vivid dreams. When I touch things they've always felt super real, like I can feel the warmth of someones skin, or the pain of falling/getting hurt. I only learned recently that that's not true for everyone, regardless that's how its always been for me. This last night is the first time I've ever been terrified of it tho. 

My dream was really normal, if not a little embarrassing to admit, but it was about a guy I had been crushing on. It was pretty chill tho, we were just laying in bed and he was holding me from behind. Like I said it wasn't much but it felt very real. The three things I remember most are feeling his breath tickling the back of my neck, his thumb rubbing my side, and the weight of his legs tangled with mine. 

Next thing I know, my mom is yelling for me to wake up from the other room. So I open my eyes and once I'm fully conscious I realize, I still feel everything. There's a mirror next to my bed so I can fully see myself laying on my side, awake and by myself, but I still feel him from the dream. I feel like I can't move my legs or arms cuz he's still wrapped around me. The scariest part was still feeling his breathing on the back of my neck. I stayed there unmoving for what felt like minutes til I eventually managed to twitch my foot. Then everything completely disappeared. I've never had sleep paralysis before so idk if that's what this was, all I know is that it really freaked me out.
