Okay, I don't really expect anyone to read this, but ...
I need help finding what the hell this image is from..!!
I took this from a site called "noemata.net", here's the link to the image: https://noemata.net/img/23_189.jpg , and apparently it was first uploaded to the site on February 25th, 2001.
It's so familiar but I've tried looking for it, tried reverse image searching and got nothing at all. Tried asking around and nobody had a single clue.
I also have no idea what "noemata" is, I learnt about the site from somebody else and they don't even know.
I really would appreciate if anyone could help with this! It's really bugging me!

Unfortunately not much progress has been made. :(
...but there is a place where people can search for this now :) Not sure if I can put Discord links here so I'll just say that the server name is "Unidentified Media Central". The channel dedicated to this is "rainbow guitar guy".

I couldn't find anything about this image either, though I'll need to look further. Might post about this myself if I find anything. The website just seems to be an archive of images, though I don't think the website will be any help. Maybe something from the 80s or 90s, or really early 00s.
