personally I really would like to eat like rocks and stuff becuz like crunch wrap supreme but real crunch and it like is a rock and i just really want to eat rocks because mmmm earth cuz like rokcs are rocks and i like them but i would like them more if it was socially accepted to just eat them but yeah thanks for comin g to my ted talk

you can safely chew on and spit out siltstone and shale as they are soft clay mineral rocks.
just make sure you know how to identify siltstone and shale! I am a geologist and I do this all the time in the field to help differentiate from the two (also bc its fun LOL)
