step 1: learn to sew. it is easier than you think
step 2: get fabric cheap by getting clothes/curtains/sheets/whatever with colours and patterns you like from second hand places
step 3: look up "[thing you wanna make] sewing tutorial" and follow it. here's a youtube playlist of diy clothing tutorials if you're stuck for ideas
step 4: congratulations, you now have a unique item of clothing that will last a long time (especially because you can repear it easy), wasn't made by half-starved children on slave wages and comes with a free moral high ground card

Real, do you know how much better things would be if alot of people knew how to sew? Like we could all just make all the things we eant to wear itd be awesome

My only issue is that I’m worried that without a sewing machine it’s going to be harder, is it or is making it by hand only as easy just more time taking??
hand sewing can be just as easy with practice, a sewing machine is always going to be quicker but if you're patient you can get the same result
