Updates to my Patreon page that I was planning to do anyway, the nonsense with Apple just made me finally stop procrastinating

Been meaning to do some tweaks to the Patreon page for awhile, and I guess now is as good a time as any. A new perk was added to the Gamma tier, the Zeta tier has been removed, as has the limit on how many Delta level donors there can be. The number of Epsilon donors there can be has been raised from 20 to 32. A few other tweaks and clarifications were made as well.
