1. Wear 5-10 kandi bracelets
2. Straighten and tease the ever living shit out of your hair (Don't forget the hair spray!)
3. Wear silly t-shirts (like gir,hello kitty, skelanimals, domo kun, etc.)
4. For hats: Beanies, Snapbacks, tiaras, etc.
5. Wear tutus with striped tights or ripped skinny jeans
6. Converse or vans for shoes
7. Wear statement jackets!
8. Concealer on your face (including your lips!)
9. Eyeliner!!!
10. Be a cool scene kid! Be nice!!
11. Use Pinterest if you have to!
