Water bottle and the internet

I am up late and I was drinking a water bottle, I looked at it and had a thought, that thought being that the empty water bottle is like the internet, the plastic is the internet holding it together and the world wide web is the label to make it understandable, now the bottle is most ,empty with a few drops left.

I do feel like the internet did die. Social media has now gotten more minimalized and it only focuses on the latest trends. There are so much I don't even know how people catch up. It was really better when I felt like everyone had their own individual personality instead of constantly following other people. I'm not saying that trends should be stopped, but at least make them entertain instead of a random slang that someone came up with. If the internet is the little drops left in the water, then those people are the empty space, constantly drinking what's left and not taking time to stop. We've gotten so greedy, all those new scrolling updates, reels, YouTube shorts, and whatnot. People have died, not from dehydration but from being overhydrated.

i guess the water would represent everything on the internet. water's essential for life, but sometimes i feel like i could survive longer without water than without an internet connection. the way you said there's only a few drops left of water reminds me of dead internet theory too, like soon, there will only be a few drops of real people online, and everything else is robots.

but im just reading into it though, you seem cool!! ^_^

Yes, that is exactly what I meant, was just to tired to type it out

That theory was exactly what came to my mind while reading it... and honestly is not too far from the truth anymore
