Atomic Robo, it's a comic that's been going since 2007 and still gets updates 👍, you can read most, if not all, of it for free on it's website.
System Shock has an evil AI lady. Lobotomy Corporation has a coupla robots. Fooly Cooly's got a cool robot. The Steamworld series is all about robots, robot pirates, robot knights, etc.
anything transformers... :3 i personally recommend the mtmte and lost light idw comics the most but the transformers shows are very beloved as well and i recommend transformers animated if u like more cartoonish animated or transformers prime if you like more sharp (?) looking animation.
