Guys dont hate me for thiz ;-;. I watched the movie bc i saw my little pony and i was like HELL YEAH!!!!!11! But then i watched it and i was just like really disappointed.
Yk in that my little pony gen 4 3d movie? I think they really managed to pull it off. They looked exactly like themselves but 3d ofc. It also added new ponies which i think is a really cool feature. Such as tempest and those underwater ponies. Also the songs!!!! ESPECIALLY TEMPESTS.
But with the gen 5 one it was so souless. Sue me for this or wtv (plz dont) but like the cutiemarks were so bland. Its like they didnt even mean anything?! Like yea ofc i know they meant something but just look at them. EW. Anyone could make a better design then that. I could make a better design that. Oki i know im exaggerating a little bit but STILL. You CAN NOT compare the gen4 cutiemarks to THOSE cutiemarks. Eugh.
The designs are like... I mean theyre okay but... its like they all blend in with eachother. Theyres nothing cool about them. Like i just look look at them and think "Imagine a doll like that in your room." Lets talk abt queen haven. I REFUSE to capitalise the name because it puts absoloute disgrace on the gen 4 princesses. Look at Celestia and then look at queen haven. What were they thinking?! Couldnt they think of anything better then queen havens design?
Oki oki so lets talk about the plot. Its alright I suppose? Idk what to say abt it. Its just like overall mid.
For the good part of it? Uhm. Idk. Let me know in the comments and what you think about it.

I remember watching My Little Pony when I was ten or eleven years. My favorite character is Pinky Pie in season 1. Is it that bad now? I haven't watched since then.

the movie was ok for me- like...it wasn't like the old gen 4 .. but idk it was SMTH-
the cartoon is even worse, THEY MOVE SO STILL, THEY WALKED LIKE ROBOTS.
LIKE IF U ARE GONNA DO A 3D SERIE ATLEAST HAVE THE RESOURSES TO DO IT.
also i hate the new desings- LMAO, (izzy is my fav tho)
i refuse to believe this should be the "new gen"
literally. like wdym gen alpha are living with THIS.

I actually don't have any problems with it. My problems are with that horrible cartoon. I guess the comic is ok too, but I just can't believe THAT CARTOON EXISTS, it has the typical "steven universe" smile.
¿How do you go from a cartoon with a very unique character design and artstyle to THAT?
I don't think little kids like it either.
