ughh!! my sleep schedule has ben sooo messed up lately!
ive been trying to ACTUALLY sleep at night but ill just be laying there with my eyes closed ;x;
my second method was js staying awake allll night and THEN falling asleep at night! which did work but was ruined at a sleepover!!! (i blame codie >:[ )
man..any1 know a qick way to fall asleep?
i neeeed help badly!! school starts in 4 days! >_<
