Novel Help???

Hi!! I'm in the process of writing a novel (very early in the process LOL) and I wanna look into how I'd go about finding publishers or maybe self-publishing?? This is all theoretical at the moment because of how early I am into writing the novel but I wanna know how to approach it and learn loads about it. Does anyone have any advice on how I'd start looking into that sort of thing? Thank you!!
