Hey, fantastic followers! 🌟
These past few hours have been the strangest, horrifying, and most exciting that've had all week!
It all began when Tor O’Guide asked for our help in gathering his group and getting them back to safety. We set off, walking north through some empty halls, only to find ourselves back where we started before, with the evil roombas. Talk about a confusing start!
As we continued our search, we stumbled upon a couple of statues. Suddenly, a Vesk statue came to life! It grabbed Remy first, then turned its attention to me. With our powers combined, we managed to turn that statue into rubble. Victory! 💪
While catching our breath, Beacon found 20 bucks on the ground. A little reward for our efforts, I suppose! We wandered west and stumbled into some ratmen armed with lasers. After a fierce battle, we defeated them and continued our journey, eventually finding ourselves in a planetarium.
Just when we thought things were calming down, some roombas attacked us again. Thankfully, we managed to shut them off before they could do any real damage. But then, Remy found an electric bat, and it knocked him out cold. 😵
Both Remy and I lost a lot of blood and were feeling woozy. Our first aid supplies must have been tainted because we ended up hurting ourselves even more and getting some nasty infections. We knew we had to get out of the Ghost Levels, and fast. Tor O’Guide and I tried to give some first aid to Beacon…and…well…we nearly killed them. It was a perfect storm of us not knowing what to do with these healing supplies.
Badly hurt, we made our way up the elevator to Little Akiton. Tor O’Guide recommended Sunny 6’s Diner for dinner, but first, we headed to the community center for some much-needed first aid. Joia Mollen provided actual first aid—the kind that doesn’t kill you. Thank goodness!
The Little Akiton Community Center, located across the street from the Church of Saint Big Cheddhas, was bustling with activity. They needed volunteers for the gardens, and during the lockdown at Absalom Station, they offered us refugee cots in the gymnasium to rest for the night. Mas’Seef made some questionable comments about rooming with other races, which was a bit awkward. Beacon subtly pointed out that the mural on the community center wall didn’t include an android. Later, Mas’Seef played a game of Strig against Ozdabaki and won handily. Ozdabaki lost his boots, which were too small for Mas’Seef but perfect for Remy’s tiny rat feet.
While roaming around for supplies, we ran into Manee Moonpuncher, a shobhad, and her adorable squox, Rasputin. She asked us to help clean up her basement, but it turned out there were some critters living down there. Organizing boxes was just like my favorite mobile game, Boxes in Boxes, but I still felt faint from the blood loss and couldn’t lift the boxes without hurting myself.
A big bug showed up and immediately infected Beacon. They were having such a bad day. Remy, fueled by rage, shot both bugs that appeared and turned them into goop. Despite our efforts, we ended up getting pretty hurt from ghost corpse dust and bug poison.
In the end, we took up a new job from Manee, just signing for some shipments she has coming in. It was a day full pain and failures, but we made it through together.
Stay magnificent & majestic! 💖✨
Love, Fleechog Var Quonx
