little women by louisa may alcott

finally finished this book!! so very sweet, all the characters were so charming. i read the version with part one and part two aka the one with good wives. soooo devastated by beth because i've always loved her so much. and tbh i still don't see amy and laurie; i'm not even rooting for laurie and jo because i feel like they have a more sibling-like relationship but amy and laurie just seem eh. amy was always the prissy baby and laurie never seemed to like her until he had to rebound from jo. and suddenly they were super devoted to each other? idk but yeah!! i also wish jo's writing career was more explored because it would have made for such a unique storyline, but no that was abandoned for professor bhaer :( 

overall, ★★★★★ stars!
