I'm feeling really tired lately, even though I've done nothing to make me that way.
I'll do my usual workout in the mornings and evenings, and eat 30g of rice and 64oz of water. Then wash my face and massage my scalp but after that I just sleep.
School is getting closer and I'm afraid I will have trouble leaving this minimal routine. And my body feels so weak I don't know how I'll be able to stay awake during the day!!
