life update

I'm originally from NY. I attended university there for two years and decided I needed to get out before I ruined my life. Last year I had my heart set on transferring to a uni closer to home and I was just about to commit to it. I had just recently broken up with my boyfriend of about 8 months and was feeling a bit impulsive. My on-and-off boyfriend of 7 years reached out to me in October of last year and offered to fly me to California to see if we still had chemistry ( we only ever took time apart due to distance and logistics.) and we did! I spent an amazing week seeing sights and being with my lover once again. After the time I spent with him in November, he came back to NY to spend the holidays with me. Ive never been more in love with someone in my life. On my birthday (coincidentally also NYE) he asked me to marry him. Of course I said yes, I couldn't bear to lose him again. I decided to make plans to move out to cali ASAP. Still kinda in the process of moving tbh because I just left with what I could throw into three suitcases. We got married in February and although he still wants to have a big wedding, I loved our little elopement. So now I'm here, in our house typing on my silly little blog that I never touch with our cat son in my lap (he says MEWWOOOOOAOWOOW) hope everyone has a lovely rest of their day!
