I hate just sitting around one day and all of a sudden i get this dread and then start thinking about the concept of death and what happens after it.
like seriously what happens after we die?? Is their just nothingness after we die?? Do we get reincarnated?? or maybe theirs an actual heaven we get sent to.. either way I just hope the afterlife is at least peaceful

i used to have terrible breakdowns over these sorts of questions, and as someone who believes that nothing follows death, i can confidently say that these questions shouldn't really occupy your mind at all. why feel grief over your future death rather than feeling grief over the world's existence prior to your conception?
it's essentially the same thing; the world before and after your life has the same weight on your existence in the sense that both are periods of time where your particular consciousness does not exist. the end is the same as the beginning here, it is the negation of the negation.
prior to your life there was matter moving in complex ways to result in your parents meeting and conceiving, negating your nonexistence to create your existence, nothingness into consciousness. upon your death, another negation follows, bringing you the same thing as your had prior to conception, the negation of consciousness/life into death.
although your death, relative to your subjective experience, will produce the same results as if your conception was reversed, even though your death is the negation of life, it is not a mere opposite as your death will also bring about new life in the form of your decomposition. it's a natural process, everything is always changing, things come into and out of existence and give rise to new phenomena. memory of your existence remains in the people you love, leaving a (basically permanent) imprint on their lives and the lives of people they interact with.
