genius plan

today i found out that one of my coworkers was trash talking me to another one(the guy trashing on me is a 20yr old mit and should NOT become a manager) and i have come up with a genius plan to resonate my feelings towards him

for context, this guy was saying i talked too much, was "so annoying", and i did nothing around the store to help(hes one to talk, i know more manager things and do more than he does and im 15), and he was overall very annoyed with me so i have spent my entire shift today devising a plan for when i next work with him

0. i will slam down 2-3 monster energy drinks before he shows up(i put 0 because i forgot to add it)

1. right when he comes in(i start before him) im gonna start talking to him immediately and mention all things weezer(he does NOT like weezer and he finds it quite annoying)

2. im gonna not do any sort of prep or breakfast pull and i will be teaching(forcing) him to do all of it with me while i continue to talk to him about weezer and all things known to man about it

3. mid-prep and breakfast pull i will start out slow but bring in an occasional theory(like BAD ones) and tell him how i believe it.

4. i will mention more about those said theories and lead into the ussr regime and a certain main leader from ww2 and overall speak like i need to be sent to the looney bin

5. i will talk to him while on my break and during rushes, loud enough so he will hear every single thought and what i have to say

6. by the end of his shift he should be complaining to my general manager and will ask to switch stores.

now, normally i would never do this when it comes to trash talking but i am petty and its more than just that. he sits on his phone in the office like literally all day and takes 30 min bathrooms breaks(on the clock) just because he doesnt want to work. he was also trash talking more than just me, he was trashing literally every single minor that works there(again, hes a grown adult) and overall he just sucks and shouldnt have been hired. anyways, he will be feeling the wrath tomorrow <3
