so hot outside ;(

it is 100° every day here & my dogs are so bored. since it's evening now i'm taking them to the park.  

I'll post some pictures later. I'm marinating some chicken, i'm going to blacken it with some vegetables and white rice for dinner. i went to the gym earlier. gotta keep the muscles pumped DAWG
