help

im so stressed out. my ex friend is in this one discord server and im scared of them screenshotting my profile, post it in a group chat with my other ex friends and possibly make fun of me. theyre in the same server as me and you know how discord blocking system is, it fucking sucks and does basically nothing. i really want to talk in this server but my paranoia is consuming me alive. im also fucking scared that one of them is going to find my spacehey account too, because ive blocked them on here and spacehey straight up tells people that you have blocked them. im scared theyre gonna make a new alt account, take a look at my profile and figure out that its me. i can never escape them. i feel helpless
