why are people the way they are ?

this is a nonsensical ramble !!!! : YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED 

i've started to see a pattern with how ppl act towards me and honestly its starting to piss me off. for clarity sake i'll start off saying i am what you would call the "mom" or "therapist" friend. the person who listen to ur problems till the sun came up, or would lend you 200 dollars if you promised to give it back ( learned my lesson wit dat one :P ) but just dependable lol

but bc of this, of course, ppl walk all over me since they know i most likely wont say no. this has gone across ALLLLLLL of my friendships sadly, but recently i stopped being a puss. and that lands us where we are today. 

i dont give in to ppls shit anymore and i wont say what they wanna here from me. in turn i get, left on read, ignored or uninvited by not being given details. i jus dont understand being punished when i give back what i receive, the bare minimum ??? and it's not even like i don't like these ppl or wanna stop being their friend. ig the question is do they wanna be my friend when im not being the person they want ?????
