june(?)-august updates

hello to whoever (won't) read this,

in these past few months stuff happened such as:

• me trying to use fedora 40 on my main laptop and completely breaking it, thus having to switch back to windows and losing my tomodachi life save.

• me me starting to read Moby Dick; or, the Whale, which i haven't finished yet. instead i started reading Reaper Man by Terry Pratchett and i'm probably 75% in.

• about Terry Pratchett, my man was a GENIUS. i've read (completed) only Mort, Guards! Guards!, Going Postal for now, and i'm in love with how the Discworld is made. i would say that my favourite characters are Death and commander Vimes.

• i was also thinking of reading something by Tolkien but i have zero ideas from where to start.

• okay stop with the readings for now

• i've found out how Kofola and Czech beer taste like, which aren't that bad. Kofola tastes an awful lot like italian Chinotto; Czech beer (Kozel) is just beer but good.

• music section: because of my upgoing obsession with russian rock (Aquarium, Egor Letov, Nogu Svelo... all that sort of stuff), i've found out about Diskoteka Avariya and Zemphira, which aren't as entertaining as the previously mentioned musicians, but do have some awesome songs.

• aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa i forgot to mention that i started playing Blasphemous (cool platformer game) and Psychonauts 2, but with the death of my controller (joystick as my mother calls it) i wasn't able. i do believe that, besides the controller's fault itself, my laptop isn't detecting any more wired human interface devices for some reason, which is a bit sad. guess i'll go back to playing Schizm on the old winXP pc.
