'The Movies'. Yes, that's its actual name.

It is a management sim, similar to Rollercoaster tycoon, but except by making rollercoasters and amusement parks, you're making movies... and I mean it! There is a one building where you can make your own movie from scratch (it's like a Windows Movie Maker) instead of hiring your screenwriters to do some short one for you.

You won't find it on steam but you can download it from sites with "abandoned games".

If you're looking for story-packed games i'd recommend the final fantasy 9 & 7 (those are the only ones i've played, but they're really good) and I THINK they're both available on PC. I'm not sure if FF9 is, since it released on the ps2, but if you have a ps4 you can play it. Also fro story-packed games, In Stars and Time is also INSANELY good and underrated. It's a time-loop turn based combat game, and is so underrated!!!

there's also some really good app store games that are ACTUALLY good. Matsuro/Death pallete is about a painter who has to finish a painting, but the painting is alive and is bossy (I'm not explaining it well, but it's good.) (it's also a horror game.)

if you are into platformers, I'd recommend cats are liquid (and cats are liquid a better place, which is a prequel I think?) and nameless cat. They both also have great stories, and are quite fun!
