You upload the image to this site, copy the HTML, and when you go to write a bulletin or blog you click the <> icon, and paste the HTML.
Also, if it is a picture from pinterest, copy the address of the image, and when you go to write a bulletin or blog, click on the icon of the image, and where it says "URL" paste the address and click on "confirm".
