꒰꒱ I'm stressed about going to school which makes my heart hurt when I think about having go to a building  full a people (¬_¬")

when i was like.. 14-15 (around covid times b4 i dropped out) i felt the EXACCCT same way and it end up causing me 2 have panic attacks till i dropped out BUT there was a few things that helped aloooot!

. getting a full nights sleep, 8 hours minimum !

. actually eating breakfast, not coffee or energy drinks it increases your heart beat and isn't the best for those with anxiety

. drink alot of water during classes etc !!

. staying prepared and focused on work, a very good distraction!

. or airpods / earbuds without a wire, even if you aren't playing music it has some noise
cancelling to it
