(TW: MENTIONS OF S/A and R*PE) Am I a S/A victim??

Idk if this was S/A or not. Basically, there was this guy (not gonna tell the whole story, it's too long) and I was ziplining. After ziplining, I sat down next to him. It was only me and him there. I was struggling to get the equipment for ziplining off and he offered to help. Before I could reply, he got up and "helped me" anyways. Just to note, there were equipment straps on my thighs, waist, and shoulders. He began messing with the thigh straps. He was also heavily breathing and he had is crotch on my knee. After a decent few minutes he stopped messing with the thigh straps and messed with the waist strap instead, which worked and I got out of my equipment. I was legit scared for my life and I thought he was gonna r*pe me. 

So yeah.. what do yall think?? 

Also I saw a guy today at a fair, I know it wasnt him since he lives about 3 or 4 hours away, but I still had a panic attack because the guy looked similar to the guy who traumatized me.
