our host, steph, used to use this to repost her old blog stuff from her source everymanhybrid, she's split a while back so she's no longer that steph, but she posted three times a day and then randomly stopped and it's embarrassing for her to look at. I jason have taken over the account anyway, so this now belongs to me, but please ignore the old posts as we can't delete them all
