I need to stop

So like what can melatonin do to you besides make you fall asleep cause like…I’ve been taking more n more each day and it’s getting concerning for myself but I can’t stop it. Also I’ve been hearing like sounds of my dead dog..and what I mean is I would be in bed and mostly would happen at night and I would hear the same sound my dog would make when he’s (for example) about to throw up. But besides that issue I REALLY need to fix…I’ve been going out more than past summers so that’s good? I don’t know!!
