i got two kittens!

Hey everyone! It's Yanna! 

          Today, I went to an animal shelter for the first time to look for some cats. Recently, my family and I have considered getting a cat to help with mice in the house, so that's why we were there. The cats were so cute there, but these two kittens caught my eye. They were in the same cage because they were siblings (brother and sister). They are 12 weeks/3 months old and are Point Lilac Domestic Shorthair cats. I named the boy Churro and the girl Cinnamon. They are the CUTEST...but I need some tips! I know I've only had them for like 4 hours... but I am really really REALLY new to this. I've never had any pets before and I am asking for tips about gaining their trust and starting a better connection and relationship with them. To any cat owners on spacehey: please give me tips as a new cat owner! Help is greatly appreciated. Signing off now!
