Drinking 3.5 cups of diet Coke is NOT a good idea

Went to Chilli's today for the first time after coming back from Germany. If you didn't know in Germany there are no free refills and little to no ice. So when I got home I was so glad I had those back and I got a little carried away with the free refills, I would have drunk more if the waiter remembered to refill my drink more often. When I went to the mall later it felt like I got shot in the stomach. I wont go into detail about what happened next but I was a few pounds lighter and no longer had my dignity. Prob gonna do it again.
