With the dreaded prom drawing ever closer I find myself bombarded with every possible annoyance associated with it. From the tacky decor to the squee-ing of people gushing over their prom dates. Now usually I'd skip it entirely. Prom? Perish the thought! However, this year I find myself drawn to the prospect. The urge to do something entirely different and appear to steal the spotlight as prom KING!!! One issue. Spooky Academy has this completely arbitrary rule that to be considered "Prom Royalty" you must have a date. And as unreasonable as that rule is, I must abide by it. The only roadblock is I don't know who to go with. Out of everyone I've made a list of the most unexpected candidates with pros and cons.
Damien LaVey
Pros: Well known, Respected, Unexpected!
Cons: Too popular, No culture, We don't get along, Vampires + Demons is so overused.
Vera Oberlin
Pros: Well known, Respected, High class, Fashionable!
Cons: Too popular, Somewhat overwhelming, Expected, Scary???
Adam Blue
Pros: Unknown = Unexpected, Unpopular, Respectful + Respectable, Four arms?
Cons: Possibly clingy, Doesn't understand irony, Unknown = Less impact.
-Giant bug???
Calculester Hewlett-Packard:
Pros: Kind, Unexpected, Well known + Not too popular
Cons: Too literal to be ironically at prom, Not too close/well acquainted
-Literally a computer from the library with a body
Who should I choose? Who would help me reach my goal with the most ease? Why am I doing this?
-Liam de Lioncourt.
