8/3/24- Birthday!!!

Salut! 

today is my birthday! I'm turning 17 today. I don't have much planned, because my family only celebrates "major" birthdays (1, 5,10,13,16,18,21) however tomorrow I'm having a small little party with some friends. today is the first year I've had more than 5 people to invite, i have lots of friends and i love them all! More people were able to come then i expected, so there was some disagreements with me and my mom over the amount of people coming (around 14) but we worked it out well! i plan on playing board games with them and watching movies, I'm never quite sure what to do when i throw parties so any suggestions? i don't have anything fun like Mario party or the sorts. what do you guys usually do when you throw parties? nothing crazy lol. 

I'm also requesting prayers for my family, because my grandma was just told that she might have skin cancer. which is shocking because my grandma is more healthy than I am, always has been. but cancer does not discriminate. ill try to keep you guys updated, but she doesnt get tested until next month. thanks!
