Centenario Summer Festival!! ☆*:.｡.o(≧▽≦)o.｡.:*☆

HELLO!!! ^^ It's Danum yet again :D

I wanted 2 share my experience attending the Centenario festival. I haven't gone before bc I go back to The Philippines during the time it's held.

Centenario Summer festival starts the 15th and ends the 28th of december, the festival is closed the days 24 and 25 bc of christimas tho. It's abt celebratign summer and sharing your culture, so you'll find many booths representing their own country

The festival occupies almost half of Parque Centenario, u can also find stands on the sidewalk and 1 street lane. It's a little crowded during the day but u can see the most people at night. There are booths, activities during the day, competitions (cosplay, singing, dacing, etc.) and even giveaways. Most of the stalls sell food or drinks (some only selling alcoholic ones) but there are stands that have clothes, plushies, toys, etc. too. Personally I bought ramen from one of the many japanese food booths, and fries from a different stand,also a hoodie and a plushie, I'll do a haul on another blog/bulletin.spicy ramen (almost died eating this, would recommend)

I think there's also pretty loud music bc of the vibrations (could just be announcements on the bg tho, wouldnt now bc im deaf lol). During the night everything is lit up in a nice warm light they have guests perform too, with their own stands and merch, the day i went, Yapura Meri was the guest!! she performed some songs (dancing) interacted w the crowd and signed at her stand, i got my very own signed poster from her, and a pic w her.

The last day of the festival has a performance, this year it was by Miranda! (Argentinian pop duo) that lasted like almost 2 hours, also some stands have their cheapest products for free during the last night.

Overall it's a great experience to have, I wanna go next year too so if u r planning on going hmu!! we can go tgt (⁀ᗢ⁀)
