- Take care of myself physically
a) Eat better. Actually pack healthy, fulfilling lunches for school. Drink enough water & take my supplements. EAT. BETTER.
b) Keep up on my self care rituals & make them BETTER too. Don't let things overwhelm you; do what feels right & what you know will make YOU feel BETTER & good about yourself.
- Be an anatomy GOD. This class is top priority, in fact I'll list classes based on importance for assignments..
1) Anatomy & Physiology
2) English 101/102
3) Stats
4) The rest of my classes are like electives lol or just not as important as my TOP 3
- Be artistic. Continue making art like drawing, journaling, makeup, clothing, photography, music, etc.
- Continue taking satisfying notes!! Especially with my cute school supplies.
- Cute outfits, but not like last year where I was so nervous to wear ME outfits & instead just dressed basic with HINTS of me. Don't care so much!!
- Stick to my people. Take care of my friends.
- Be SO nice to people UNTIL they decide to not give the same energy back. Kill them with kindness. Be nice & inclusive to everyone, try to make everyone feel accepted & cared for even if I don't actually know them. Treat everyone like a PERSON. We get so caught up with our own thoughts that we forget EVERY OTHER PERSON goes through life the way we do, things aren't paved for them either & they're trying to get by also.
- Downsize. YIKES! I NEED to get rid of some clothes, even jewelry too.. Ugh. This is the most difficult one.
