this is so cool!!! i liked the slower pace of it, it felt more casual and friendly and it was genuinely interesting to watch.
what camera did you use if you don't mind me asking? i've been wanting to start vlogging for a while (but more early 2010s vibes compared to your 90s/2000s inspiration) so i've been looking into getting a good camera :0
also i wonder if the video cd is in the case behind the main cd? sometimes 2 disc cds have a bit where you can open it and the disc is on the other side (idk how to explain! you lift up the plastic where the disc sits and there's a disc on the other side of it. i have a limp bizkit cd that does that) (or if its a paper fold over case it might be in one of the other sleeve bits? idk, im just suggesting because it would be a shame to have 1 disc and not the other)
but yeah!! this is cool, if you made more id definitely watch them!!!

The camera I used is a Kodak Easyshare M1903 IS, it was originally my parent’s camera which they took on holidays. I dug it up years later, went to get some new batteries and a charger and it managed to work just fine. I’d imagine a 2010s video would probably need a higher upgrade of a camera in this case.
Unfortunately I’m pretty sure the VCD is supposed to come in a whole separate case as it consists of two discs. It seems to either have been sold in a jewel case like this one or a normal DVD casing. This CD I imagine is just a version with only the songs from the VCD on it or something.
I’ll definitely make similar stuff like this in the future, perhaps maybe in a slightly different editing style :]

ty for letting me know about the camera!! i just bought a 2009-2012 one off ebay which should arrive in a few days mehehe >:D
that's a shame about the vcd, maybe one day you'll stumble across the other half and be able to have the completed set
